Kile Turner to Present at on Trial Technology at DRI Annual Meeting, October 7-11, 2009

The thought of using technology during trial can cause great consternation for even the most seasoned trial lawyers. With so much possibility for error, is it really worth the effort? Are there certain technologies that can persuade judges and juries more effectively than others?

NWKT partner Kile Turner will speak on the use of technology in the courtroom at DRI’s Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL, October 7-11, 2009. Mr. Turner’s will present his lecture entitled, Trial Technology—The Fear Factor and How to Master It, on Thursday, October 8th.
