Jim Pattillo to Present at DRI Young Lawyers Seminar, June 4-5, 2009

NWKT partner Jim Pattillo will be a featured presenter at the upcoming DRI Young Lawyers Seminar, June 4-5, 2009 at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mr. Pattillo will present his paper Controlling Risk in a High Stakes Game: Effective Use of Alternative Dispute Resolution.  The presentation will provide insight on preparing for mediation / arbitration and how those preparations may vary significantly from preparations for a jury trial.

Mr. Pattillo is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried 25 cases to verdict.  He has also been involved in a variety of alternative dispute resolution forums on behalf of NWKT clients.
